Returns & Refunds

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Valior Spore Lift™ Cleansing Bar for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. This applies even if the bar has been opened and used — you do not need to send back a used bar for the guarantee to apply. The guarantee covers one order per customer.

How to start a return

Email shopclotherra@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping

If we ask you to return unused bars, we pay for the return label. If a return is for a reason other than the guarantee (for example, you changed your mind on an unopened multi-pack), return shipping is at your cost unless we say otherwise in writing.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund it. You do not have to return a damaged item.

What is not covered

  • Gift cards.
  • Free gifts and bonus items included with an order (these have no cash value and are not refunded separately, though you may keep them).
  • Orders placed more than 30 days ago, except where your local law gives you a longer right.
  • Orders reported as delivered by the carrier and later claimed as not received, where the carrier's investigation finds the parcel was delivered to the address you gave us.

Note: some retailers exclude "personal care goods" from returns. We do not. Our 30-day guarantee applies to this product specifically, and it overrides any general personal-care exclusion you may see elsewhere on this site or in a standard policy template.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or bundle is to request a refund on what you have and place a new order.

Subscriptions

If you bought on a subscription, see the Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal section of our Terms of Service for how to cancel. You can cancel at any time before your next renewal, and we do not charge a cancellation fee.

Refund timing

Once your refund is approved we issue it to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we told you your refund was approved, email shopclotherra@gmail.com.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without giving a justification, in addition to the guarantee above. Items returned under this right should be in the condition you received them where possible.
