Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. If you place an order for delivery outside the areas we serve, we will contact you and refund the order in full.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will get a confirmation email with tracking once your parcel is handed to the carrier.

Delivery estimates

Typical delivery is 7–14 business days from the day you order. During holiday periods, add about 3 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and holidays can push a parcel past the estimate.

Our 30-day shipping promise (FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Rule)

We will ship your order within the time stated above, and in any event within 30 days of receiving your properly completed order and payment. If we cannot ship within 30 days, we will notify you, give you a revised shipping date, and offer you the choice of consenting to the delay or cancelling for a full and prompt refund. If you do not respond to a delay notice, we will cancel the order and refund you.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Any free-shipping offer applies only to the order it is stated on.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will reship it once you give us a corrected address; you may be asked to cover the reshipping cost.

Lost, stolen or undelivered parcels

If tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or shows delivered but you do not have the parcel, email shopclotherra@gmail.com and we will open a carrier investigation and make it right. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the parcel to the address you provided.

Customs and import charges

Where an order crosses a border, any duties, taxes or customs charges are set by the destination country and are your responsibility. We cannot control or predict customs delays.
